West Ham United women’s team’s Barclays Women’s Super League fixtures with Manchester United and Liverpool have been selected for television coverage.
The fixture against Marc Skinner’s side at Leigh Sports Village will now kick off at 12noon GMT on Sunday 7 December, with Sky Sports providing live coverage for viewers inside the United Kingdom.
We earned a hard-fought point in our most recent meeting with the Red Devils, in which goalkeeper Kinga Szemik produced five outstanding saves to keep the visitors at bay in a goalless draw at Chigwell Construction Stadium in April.
Meanwhile, our home clash against Liverpool will also be shown on Sky Sports and has subsequently been switched to Sunday 14 December, kicking off at 11:55am GMT.
Rehanne Skinner’s side secured a 1-1 draw in this game last term, with Riko Ueki’s late header earning us our first point of the 2024/25 campaign.
