Our Supporter Services team has seven members: Kerry, Lee, Georgia, Charley, Shelley, Tyler and Sarah.

We are here to help all supporters and visitors to London Stadium and Victoria Road Stadium with enquiries, feedback and complaints.

On a matchday, the team supports our Supporter Liaison Officers and Disabled Supporter Assistants, who help with supporter enquiries across the stadium footprint. You will find them on the approach to the stadium, at search lanes, at dedicated information points on the island, by the Accessible Shuttle Bus service, on away supporter routes and inside the stadium.

On a matchday, the team look after our 55 Supporter Liaison Officers who assist with all supporter enquiries and are positioned on the approach to the stadium, at search lanes, dedicated information points on the island, the Accessible Shuttle Bus service, on the away supporters' routes, and of course, inside the stadium.
