Adam Jeffrey | Women's Team Assistant Manager

Adam Jeffrey was appointed West Ham United women’s team assistant manager in July 2025.

Jeffrey spent eleven years at Reading, where he led the U21 programme before becoming first-team coach of their women’s team - a role he upheld for seven years.

During that time, the Royals achieved a fourth-place and two fifth-place finishes in the Women’s Super League, as well as reaching the semi-finals of the Women’s FA Cup.

In the summer of 2023, Jeffrey joined Crystal Palace, where he spent two years as assistant coach.

During his time in south London, Jeffrey helped the Eagles achieve promotion to the Barclays Women’s Super League for the first time after their title-winning campaign in 2023/24.
