Women's Sister Club, FC Redwing Girls visit Chadwell Heath

Before West Ham United Women's final match of the season, FC Redwing Girls, a Sister Club of the team, visited Chadwell Heath.

FC Redwing, who are based in Billericay, Essex, were given a tour of the facilities by General Manager Aidan Boxall and had the opportunity to speak to the first-team squad after they had finished their training session.

And the Hammers weren't the only ones that were preparing for a big match - FC Redwing's U11's team battled it out for their divisional cup the following day, and won!

Boxall had previously headed out to Billericay to take some of their young players through a training session.

FC Redwing are the second Sister Club to visit the team's training base, with Broomfield Girls FC being shown around the facility earlier in the season.

Boxall paid a visit to FC Redwing only a couple of weeks ago!

The Sister Club programme sees local clubs receive tickets for West Ham Women’s home matches at Victoria Road, as well as benefiting from player appearances, coaching sessions and more.

West Ham United Women are currently looking to support the development of women's and girls' football in East London and Essex. We are hoping that this alliance will help with the development of local players, providing opportunities to young players, as well as growing our existing fanbase by offering free and discounted tickets to our partner clubs.
