Freddie Potts put in a performance to be proud of on Sunday as he played a key role in West Ham United’s 3-1 win against Newcastle United at London Stadium.
After being handed his maiden Premier League start in Claret and Blue, the 22-year-old found himself serenaded by supporters as ‘one of our own’ after his Man of the Match performance, which also saw a goal disallowed for offside, helped us record our first home victory of the season and Nuno Espírito Santo secure an inaugural win as Head Coach.
