The West Ham United women’s team Supporters’ Board (WSB) is now open for new applications.
Applications for the WSB are open to all West Ham United women’s team supporters who can demonstrate that they are representative of their chosen category under the Supporter Representative Guide, so we recommend reading this first so that you understand this exciting role.
Each supporter's application statement may wish to answer the following:
- Why you are applying to be on the WSB
- Why you are the best representative for your chosen category
- How you will ensure that supporters in your chosen area will be fully represented
- What skills and experiences you have that you feel would make you the best Supporter Representative for your chosen area
- Mention the key points you wish to champion on behalf of your area of representation
The WSB are looking for enthusiastic, energetic and a diverse range of supporters with a keen interest in West Ham United and the supporter experience. Supporters can apply to join the WSB by completing the application form below submitting a maximum of 200 words explaining why you feel you should be chosen to represent your fellow Hammers. Applications close on Monday 23 October 2023 at 5pm. Please note that your data will be used in line with the Club’s Privacy Policy and only your name and election statement will be shared with fellow supporters and with the Co-Chairs of the WSB.
All applicants must be nominated by a minimum of two (2) West Ham United supporters registered with the Club. Nominations, including name and client reference number of each nominee must be stipulated on the application form. Any applications forms received without the minimum two (2) nominations will be considered void.
Areas of supporter representation include:
- Families with juniors (Must hold one adult and one junior West Ham United women's team Season Ticket at the same address)
- Accessibility (Must hold an accessible West Ham United women's team Season Ticket)
- Local community (West Ham United women's team Season Ticket Holder who lives in a five-mile radius of the home ground)
- LGBTQIA+ (Must hold a West Ham United women's Season Ticket and be a member of the LGBTQIA+ community)
- Ethnic diversity (Must hold a West Ham United women's team Season Ticket and be a member of an ethnically diverse community)
