Born into a West Ham United family, Billy Lepine joined West Ham’s Academy of Football as a goalkeeping coach in 2008.
He then worked his way up through the Academy coaching ranks to be appointed as Head of Academy Goalkeeping, before joining Nuno Espírito Santo's first-team staff in October 2025.
A UEFA A Licence and UEFA A Goalkeeping Diploma holder, Lepine has played a leading role in the development of a number of goalkeepers who have represented their respective national teams at age-group level, including Nathan Trott, Joseph Anang, Rihards Matrevics, Jacob Knightbridge, Finlay Herrick, Dondre Abraham and Lanre Awesu.
He joined the first-team coaching staff under Nuno Espírito Santo in October 2025.
