
Yu Endo signed for West Ham United on 1 August 2025.
The 27-year-old penned a two-year contract at the Club following her departure from WE League side Urawa Reds.
Endo spent 15 years at her former club, making 171 appearances and winning a plethora of silverware, including back-to-back league and AFC Women's Champions League titles in 2023 and 2024.
The full-back was ever-present for Urawa Reds in her final two seasons at the club.
Career
Made her West Ham United debut in our Barclays Women's Super League clash at Brighton & Hove Albion on Sunday 21 September... Started her first match for the Club in the Hammers' 5-1 success at Charlton Athletic in the Subway® Women's League Cup.
Spent 15 years at Urawa Reds before joining the Hammers… Made her professional debut for Urawa Reds in October 2016 before becoming a mainstay in the side in 2018…After finishing second in the league in 2019/20, Endo and Urawa Reds won the Nadeshiko League Division 1 title and promotion to Japan’s top tier… Made 19 appearances in her first season in the WE League and won Empress's Cup… In 2022/23 and 2023/24, she won back-to-back WE League titles and AFC Women's Champions League trophies, whilst also lifting the WE League Cup in 2023… Featured in every league match in 2023/24 and 2024/25… Left Urawa Reds having made 171 appearances, scoring 13 goals.
