West Ham United women’s team to support Paul Robinson Solicitors on ‘She Leads’ campaign

Ahead of International Women’s Day, Paul Robinson Solicitors and West Ham United women’s team are proud to announce the launch of the ‘She Leads’ campaign, a collaboration that celebrates female leadership and empowerment in the workplace.

Over the coming weeks and months, the Club will be shining a light on the fantastic role models we’re proud to call colleagues and teammates, sharing their stories and celebrating their achievements on the pitch and in the boardroom. We want to inspire the next generation of young women in our community to become the leaders of tomorrow and to follow their dreams.

Paul Robinson Solicitors are a full-service law firm and Legal Supplier of West Ham United. They are uniquely 90% women and are keen to celebrate the successes of their team, those they work with and all other women in the workplace. Paul Robinson Solicitors are proud to collaborate on the ‘She Leads’ campaign, showcasing their team and their careers in what was a stereotypically male-dominated environment.

With offices across Essex and London, Paul Robinson Solicitors partnered with West Ham United five years ago after opening their Stratford office – just a stone’s throw away from London Stadium. This partnership has allowed the firm to be a part of the community in which it operates and work closely with West Ham United to offer fans legal services for all stages of their life.

So, to kick things off, we will be going live with a series of videos in which players and staff members from West Ham United and Paul Robinson Solicitors were asked their advice by a young Hammers fan. Topics that are covered include what it takes to work in a high-demand environment, forging a career in a male dominated workplace and their career aspirations.

You can find the first instalment of this series below.

Keep your eyes peeled on the West Ham United women’s team and Paul Robinson Solicitors social media channels over the coming months for further announcements on how fans can get involved and support.
