West Ham United Foundation Gala Dinner

West Ham United Foundation Gala Dinner returns for 2025

Following the success of last year’s sold-out inaugural event, the West Ham United Foundation Gala Dinner & Awards is set to return this winter - taking place on Wednesday 10 December 2025 at the iconic Mansion House.

This year, we are honoured to be welcomed by the newly-appointed Lady Mayor of London, Alderwoman Dame Susan Langley DBE, who has graciously invited us to host the Gala within her official residence. It promises to be a truly unique experience - a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to dine within one of London’s most prestigious venues alongside the Lady Mayor herself and her distinguished City of London network.

The evening will once again unite business leaders, celebrities, community partners and West Ham United players and legends in celebration of the Foundation’s life-changing work across east London and beyond. Guests can look forward to a night of fine dining, live entertainment and inspiring stories, all in support of the Foundation’s mission to use the power of football to transform lives.

Building on the success of the 2024 event at the Hilton London Tower Bridge, which raised vital funds for the Foundation’s community initiatives, this year’s Gala comes at an especially exciting time, following the opening of our new community hub, The Foundry. Funds raised on the night will help bring this vital space to life - delivering programmes that offer hope, opportunity and practical help for local people when they need it most. The aim of the evening is simple - to raise as much as possible for the West Ham United Foundation. By sponsoring one of our exclusive packages, your organisation will enjoy premium brand exposure while directly contributing to meaningful, lasting change within the community.

Among last year’s special guests were men’s first-team captain Jarrod Bowen, women’s team players Shelina Zadorsky and Amber Tysiak, and a host of West Ham icons including Mark Noble, Sir Trevor Brooking and Ray Winstone - each presenting awards and sharing stories that brought the Foundation’s impact to life. The 2025 edition promises another star-studded line-up of players, ambassadors and partners united by a shared passion for community.

This year’s event also comes at a time of exciting progress for the Foundation, following the official opening of The Foundry on 14 October. The new multi-purpose community facility in Beckton, developed to replace the Foundation’s former headquarters and more than double its social impact, is already providing a hub for learning, sport and wellbeing. Its opening marks a significant milestone in the Foundation’s long-term commitment to improving lives across east London.

Reflecting on the return of the Gala Dinner, West Ham United Foundation CEO Joseph Lyons said: “Last year’s Gala Dinner was a proud moment for everyone connected to the Foundation. It brought together so many people who care deeply about our community and showcased the incredible stories that define the work we do.

“With the opening of The Foundry last month and the opportunity to reunite with our supporters at Mansion House this December, 2025 is shaping up to be a landmark year for the Foundation. The Gala Dinner is more than a celebration; it’s a reflection of our shared commitment to creating lasting change.”
