Official Programme | Aston Villa WSL issue dedicated to Breast Cancer Awareness Month

West Ham United women's team's Official Programme for Sunday's Barclays Women's Super League fixture at home to Aston Villa is dedicated to Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

With a bespoke front cover, highlighting the pink ribbon and Breast Cancer Now's tagline 'Touch, Look, Check', the Official Programme contains an interview with lifelong Hammer Siobhan McKeon, who was diagnosed with stage four breast cancer in April 2016. It has since spread to her brain, and sadly she will never be cured of her condition.

In 2020, she was surprised by former women's team captain Gilly Flaherty, who delivered a Breast Cancer Now pink shirt, signed by former men’s striker Michail Antonio. We caught up with her five years on, as she openly talks about her personal battle, having gone through nine-and-a-half years of chemotherapy, and also her passion for West Ham United - and how she refuses to let her diagnosis get in the way of watching the Club she loves.

Also inside the issue is an interview with deadline-day signing Anna Csiki, who joined on a season-long loan from Tottenham Hotspur. The midfielder discusses how she is settling in to life in east London, her earliest memories of football, including potential alternative careers in tennis, handball and horse riding, and her dogged attitude that has helped her achieve so much in her career so far.

Moreover, next in our 'Irons Icons' series is our former captain Stacey Little. A lifelong West Ham fan, Little talks us through her journey to playing in Claret and Blue, scoring in a cup final with the Club she loves and how she once played with a broken wrist away at Preston North End!

We also hear from manager Rehanne Skinner and captain Katrina Gorry ahead of the game against Villa, and analyse the players to watch from Sunday's opposition.

Programmes will be available to purchase at the match from sellers located inside the ground, priced at just £3. Supporters can also order their programme online for home delivery if they can't make it to Chigwell Construction Stadium, by clicking HERE!

A seasonal subscription package is also available to UK and Ireland customers only! This package covers eleven home WSL fixtures during the 2025/26 campaign, and all domestic cup editions.

All of the issues will be produced to a schedule that allows for a first-class mail out on the Friday before a weekend fixture, or on the day of the game for midweek fixtures, so subscribers should expect their orders to arrive no longer than three working days after the match.
