Join the West Ham United Women’s Team Supporters’ Board for the 2025/26 Season

West Ham United is inviting passionate fans to play a key role in the future of our women’s team by applying to join the Women’s Team Supporters’ Board for the upcoming 2025/26 season.

We’re looking for five enthusiastic Season Ticket Holders to join the Board for the new campaign. The roles we have available are:

18-25 year old representativeMust be aged 18-25 (inclusive) and hold a valid Season Ticket for the 2025/26 season
Over-66 representativeMust be aged over 66 and hold a valid Over-66 concessionary Season Ticket for the 2025/26 season
Local community representativeMust hold a valid Season Ticket for the 2025/26 season and live within a five-mile radius of the ground
LGBTQIA+ representativeMust be a member of the LGBTQIA+ community and hold a valid Season Ticket for the 2025/26 season
Minority ethnic groups representativeMust be from a minority ethnic background and hold a valid Season Ticket for the 2025/26 season

This is a fantastic opportunity to represent your fellow supporters, share your views with the Club, and help influence the direction of West Ham United women’s team during an exciting time for both the Club and the wider women’s game.

The women’s game continues to grow at an incredible pace, and with the Barclays Women’s Super League entering a new era of development and visibility, there’s never been a better time to get involved.

The role involves attending two formal meetings per season with Club representatives as well as ad-hoc discussions around particular topics or issues. Members should also use the opportunity to speak to other fans on matchdays and share regular feedback and ideas with the group and the Club throughout the season.
