West Ham United women's team stormed to a 5-1 victory over Charlton Athletic in Group C of the Subway® Women's League Cup on Wednesday night.
In our first match of the competition this season, the Hammers were on fire, scoring some sumptuous goals, with the pick of the bunch coming from Manuela Paví and Leila Wandeler from range in the second half.
It was Ffion Morgan who marked her full debut with a goal in the first period, and Sarah Brasero and Shekiera Martinez also got in on the act in the final ten minutes, crowning a superb display at The Valley.
