West Ham United women’s team will step up their preparations for the 2025/26 campaign with a pre-season trip to Prague.
The Hammers reported back to Chadwell Heath on Monday 21 July, with players involved in major international tournaments over the summer returning slightly later.
Rehanne Skinner’s side, which includes new additions Sarah Brasero, Ffion Morgan and Yu Endo, will now head to the capital of Czech Republic for a four-day training camp, as they look to build on last season’s record-breaking campaign in the Barclays Women’s Super League.
The Irons will fly to Prague - a place of joyous memories for Hammers fans after 2023’s UEFA Europa Conference League success - on Friday 8 August, and will be put through their paces in training sessions across the weekend.
Then, on Sunday 10 August, the trip will conclude with a match against Czech top-flight outfit Sparta Prague (kick-off 2pm BST/3pm CEST), who have won the 1. Liga Women title a record 21 times.
The hard work will continue when the squad returns to east London, when full focus will shift to the opening fixture of the season against Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday 7 September.
