The Senegalese left-sided full-back or wing-back joined West Ham United on Tuesday, after impressing during spells at Tromsø and Slavia Prague, in Norway and Czechia respectively, as well as on the international stage.
Still just 20 years old, Diouf won his fifth and sixth caps for his country against the Republic of Ireland and England earlier this summer, and indeed featured for the full 90 minutes as the Lions of Teranga became the first African nation to beat England thanks to a 3-1 scoreline in Nottingham in June.
Having helped Slavia power to the Czech First League title in 2024/25, and picked up two individual divisional awards as recongition for his eye-catching displays that yielded seven goals in 27 league appearances, and 41 in all competitions, the Dakar native is now an Iron, with his eyes firmly set on success with Graham Potter's side.
While Diouf put pen to paper on a long-term contract in east London, the West Ham TV cameras were on hand to capture his first day at the Rush Green training ground, and you can watch the video in the player above!
