West Ham United were hard at it on the first day of their training camp in Scotland on Monday.
A day of triple training sessions awaited for David Moyes' squad in St Andrews, with an early morning run on the beach being followed by an intense football session before lunch.
Then, in the afternoon, more running was on the schedule for the players as they ramp up their preparations for the new campaign.
