Wolves and Hull fixture dates confirmed

London Stadium

West Ham United are able to confirm the dates and kick-off times for the home Premier League fixture with Wolverhampton Wanderers and Carabao Cup third-round visit of Hull City.

The Hammers will welcome Wolves to London Stadium on Sunday 27 September at 7pm for a fixture that will be shown live in the UK by BT Sport and across the world by the Premier League's international broadcast partners.

Before then, the Irons will host EFL League One side Hull in the Carabao Cup third round on Tuesday 22 September at 7.30pm, after the Tigers defeated Leeds 9-8 on penalties following a 1-1 draw in the second round.

West Ham and Hull have met once previously in the League Cup, with the Londoners running out 1-0 second-round winners in September 1970.

Both matches will be played without supporters present, in line with Government guidelines and social distancing measures still in place as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

In consultation with all relevant stakeholders, the Premier League is considering appropriate arrangements for matches which will take place after 1 October.

The Premier League is working on a step-by-step approach, while monitoring the developments regarding the League’s number one priority of getting fans back into full stadia as soon as possible, with safety always being the priority.
