West Ham United suffered a 3-0 defeat at Swansea City in Premier League 2 on Monday despite a decent performance in south Wales.
George Byers, Jordon Garrick and Kenji Gorre scored the hosts' goals but Jahmal Hector-Ingram and Joe Powell - who struck a second half free-kick against the woodwork - went closest for West Ham.
It was Terry Westley's side's first defeat of 2018 after a win and a draw against Manchester United and Leicester City respectively previously this year.
