West Ham United PL2 will begin their first season in Premier League 2 Division 1 with a home fixture against Everton.
The Toffees were crowned champions of Division 1 last year and will provide a stern test for the young Hammers as they kick-off their campaign at Dagenham and Redbridge’s Chigwell Construction Stadium on Friday 11 August (7pm kick-off).
Terry Westley’s squad will then kickstart their Checkatrade Trophy campaign at the County Ground against Swindon Town the following Tuesday (7.45pm) before their first London derby against Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday 27 August.
Last season’s Division 2 Play-Off Final champions then travel to the King Power Stadium to face Leicester City a week later. Their first of three league matches at London Stadium will be on Sunday 15 September against Manchester United.
