Our daily look at the West Ham United stories in the news...

The Telegraph carry more on the rumour linking Bayer Leverkusen striker Javier Hernandez with the Hammers, saying the Club are keen to move negotiations along.

Former Manchester United man Hernandez, 29, is said to have a £13m release clause in his contract, which has a year left to run.

West Ham are also keeping their options open on Olivier Giroud and Michy Batshuayi, while they explore the possibility of signing Hernandez, according to this report.

Meanwhile, The Sun report that the Hammers hope that Pablo Zabaleta will help lure Kelechi Iheanacho to London Stadium this summer.

Zabaleta was Iheanacho's mentor at Manchester City as the Nigeria striker came through the ranks and West Ham hope that relationship will help their efforts to secure his signature.

Finally, The Sun say that Moussa Dembele could leave Celtic this summer, but only after their European qualification is determined.

Arsenal, Chelsea and West Ham are all said to keeping a close eye on developments.
