This month, West Ham United will begin welcoming Band 2 Season Ticket Holders to the Club's purpose-built Reservation Centre in Westfield Stratford City to select their seats at the Hammers’ stunning new Stadium on Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
In recognition of their status as the Founders of the Club’s new Stadium, each current Season Ticket Holder renewing for 2016/17 will have the unique opportunity to bring two friends or family members to join them as new Season Ticket Holders at the new Stadium, and select their seats together at the Reservation Centre.
Appointments for Band 1 Founders came to a close this week, and with the new £99 Season Ticket on offer for Under-16s, hundreds of them have already taken the opportunity to introduce sons, daughters, nieces and nephews as new Season Ticket Holders so they can sit together for years to come in the new Stadium, while many others have taken the opportunity to re-acquaint themselves with old friends.
Supporters who hold Band 2 Season Tickets at the Boleyn Ground will now start to receive details for their appointment at the Reservation Centre. There, they will enjoy a full new Stadium experience, firstly watching a video about how West Ham’s new home will look, before selecting their own new seats using state-of-the-art virtual reality technology, showing them the sightlines and surroundings they can expect in 2016.
Each Band 2 Season Ticket Holder should already have received a separate email from the New Stadium Reservation Centre, explaining the process for 2016/17 renewals, and giving each supporter personal login details to manage their appointment online.

The Band 2 appointments are scheduled to take place until October, after which the Band 3 appointments will run until December, with Band 4 appointments set to follow for the first few months of 2016.
Once all existing Season Ticket Holders have had their appointments, the remaining Season Tickets in all bands – as well as the new £289 Band 5 Season Ticket – will be made available to supporters on the New Stadium Priority List.
