Loanee round-up

West Ham United's band of loanees were in action north and south of the border at the weekend.

In the Sky Bet Championship, Jack Collison (pictured) was a 55th-minute substitute for Wigan Athletic as the Latics strengthened their position in the Play-Offs by beating Leeds United 1-0 at the DW Stadium.

At the Goldsands Stadium, Ravel Morrison was booked as Queens Park Rangers went down to a 2-1 defeat at AFC Bournemouth. Modibo Maiga also started the game before being substituted after 65 minutes. QPR sit third in the table, but are ten points adrift of second-place Burnley.

All three could be in action on Tuesday evening, when there is a full set of Championship fixtures. QPR head to Blackburn Rovers, while Wigan host Millwall.

In League One, Jordan Spence played the full game as MK Dons kept their Play-Off hopes very much alive with a 2-1 win at Coventry City. MK Dons sit seventh with five games to play, three points outside the Play-Off places.

Blair Turgott was ruled out of Dagenham and Redbridge's 2-0 League Two defeat at Wycombe Wanderers with an ankle injury.

In Scotland, Paul McCallum was not involved in Heart of Midlothian's 4-2 Scottish Premiership win at Partick Thistle, for whom fellow Hammers loanee George Moncur was an unused substitute. Despite their win, Hearts' relegation from the top flight was confirmed. The Edinburgh side were deducted 15 points for going into administration earlier this season.
