Open Training Day in pictures

Hundreds of West Ham United Academy members were at the Boleyn Ground on Monday for a special Open Training Day.

The supporters were able to enjoy watching the first-team being put through their paces by first-team manager Avram Grant and his staff before a number of lucky competition winners were given the opportunity to meet their heroes.

The event also coincided with the visit of Bob Wilson and a host of familiar faces - including ex-Hammer Les Ferdinand - as part of the former Arsenal goalkeeper's charity Soccer Cycle ride, which will see him visit all 20 Barclays Premier League stadia to raise funds for the Willow Foundation.

The official website was on hand to catch everything on camera.
