Season ticket upgrade information
The ticket office would like to remind all supporters with
concessionary rate season tickets that, at the club's
discretion, an upgrade facility is available before each home
fixture.
This facility allows a season ticket holder who cannot attend a
particular match to pay the difference between the reduced rate
applicable to that particular season ticket and the full adult
rate. In this way an adult guest can attend in place of the usual
season ticket holder.
Upgrading a reduced rate season ticket before entering the
turnstiles will alter the access card's status for that match
only, thereby allowing an adult to enter without risk of being
apprehended by one of our match day stewards.
We would advise anyone looking to upgrade a season ticket to do so
in advance of the matchday itself or alternatively to arrive at the
stadium no later than 1.30pm.

2700 or visit the stadium ticket office quoting the client
reference number of the card you wish to upgrade.
Continued reduced rate season ticket checks
As many of you will have seen at recent matches, the Club has been
monitoring supporters entering the stadium using either junior,
senior or student rate season tickets and, if felt necessary,
apprehending the person using the season ticket.
As a result of the above checks over 100 supporters have been refused entry to the stadium. We would ask that all supporters with reduced rate season ticket holders take advantage of the upgrade facility or risk having their season ticket cancelled.
