Ticket Information

Many of our supporters have experienced difficulty in getting through to the ticket office over the last three days in the build-up to tonight's Carling Cup first round clash against Rushden & Diamonds.

Unfortunately, a BT fault with the local ISDN network means that the ticket office is not able to work to its full capacity. While some callers are getting through, not all of the 10 lines are in action and supporters that should be able to get through are not able to.

Obviously this is inconveniencing our supporters and for this we apologise. We have been assured by BT this is being treated as a matter of urgency and we are hopeful that all lines will be operational shortly.

Since the weekend, demand for tonight's fixture has increased considerably, with over 2,000 tickets being sold during Monday and Tuesday.

While a relatively small crowd is expected, supporters without tickets arriving on the night are still advised to do so at least an hour before kick off. There are plenty of tickets available both at the ticket office and pay turnstiles. However, should all supporters arrive at the ticket office late you can expect a considerable queue.

To gain a quick entry, supporters without tickets are advised to pay at the turnstiles. These are available in the following prices and areas:

£15 Adults and £5 Under 16s
Dr Martens Lower turnstiles 13*, 14, 15, 32, 33 and 34*
Bobby Moore Lower turnstiles 45, 55* and 56*
Centenary Lower turnstiles 3* and 4

£20 Adults and £5 Under 16's
Dr Martens Upper turnstiles 16*, 17, 28 and 29*
Bobby Moore Upper turnstiles 48* and 49*

£25 Adults and £5 Under 16s
East Upper turnstiles 66* and 62*
