Elliot Ward is included in West Ham's line up for the reserves
against Charlton at the Valley on Wednesday evening.
The defender actually made his reserves' bow when just 15, and the second year scholar is progressing well.
The side features just one player who has been on the pitch for the first team this season - Titi Camara - while only two others, Raimond van der Gouw and Vladimir Labant, have been on the bench.
Charlton's reserves have lost their last two games, against Arsenal [6-1] and Chelsea [4-1].
