Youngsters Glen Johnson and Izzie Iriekpen, who have been in recent squads of late, are once more included, but Glenn says: "They are both in the squad but I don't think they will be playing any part in the game.
"I have kept them in the squad so they get used to the atmosphere of being around the dressing room on first team days, and that will stand them in good stead in the long run.
"We are looking forward to the game and we are hoping to end the season with a home win. We know Bolton will provide difficult opposition and in their own way they have had a terrific first season in the Premiership.
"Sam Allardyce and his boys have been pulling up trees just lately to make sure they got enough points, now they have they will be relaxed and sometimes that can make it even more difficult.
"But it is about our preparation and the boys are all fully motivated and looking forward to the game."
The aim is still to finish seventh - above Spurs and Aston Villa - and Glenn adds: "There is certainly another place up for grabs. Six or seven weeks ago our target was to get to seventh, and we were probably seven or eight points adrift when we set that as a goal.
"We have done extremely well to achieve seventh for a couple of weeks, but after two away defeats it is now out of our hands.
"But Tottenham have got to win at Leicester if we win at home, so there is still a lot to play for, and it would please our fans if we could finish above Spurs."
If Steve Potts gets a run out it will be his 400th league appearance for West Ham, while Christian Dailly will have played in every single Hammers game this season if he faces Bolton.
