We’re currently experiencing exceptionally high demand for the mascot experience since it reopened this season, with the waiting list now at an all-time high. The waiting list is further extended following the requirement to place the mascot experience on hold throughout the pandemic until the start of this season, when COVID-19 protocols were finally lifted at all Premier League stadia.
With the age requirements for a mascot between 6-12, we are unable to guarantee that we can offer a mascot experience to every supporter who has registered an interest, as they may be over the age of 12 by the time they reach the top of the waiting list.
