Lifelong Hammer George Earthy joined West Ham United as an Under-6 before graduating from the Academy of Football in 2023, having helped inspire the U18s to FA Youth Cup and U18 Premier League South glory.

Havering-born Earthy is a creative attacking midfielder whose low centre of gravity and vision make him an challenge for opponents to stop. After making his first-team debut for the Irons in a UEFA Europa League tie against SC Freiburg at London Stadium in March 2024, a Premier League debut against Fulham arrived the next month, followed by a first top-flight goal against Luton Town on 11 May.

The England U20 international spent the 2024/25 season gaining experience on loan at EFL Championship club Bristol City.
