The Official Supporters’ Club (OSC) Focus Group is a new initiative led by and International Fan Representative, Scott 'Scotty' A. Burkhardt Jr in collaboration with West Ham United’s Fan Engagement Manager. Its purpose is to gather feedback from OSC members in both the UK and overseas, to help shape and improve the OSC membership package for all fans.
These focus groups will explore:
- Improvements to the current OSC package
- Challenges faced by UK and international OSCs
- New benefits and engagement opportunities
- Insights on digital vs in-person participation
Meetings will be held twice per season and are open to all Chairpersons. Each session will have ten members in total, if a chairperson is not selected for a session, they will be offered another timeslot or given priority for future meetings. Sessions will be hosted online via Microsoft Teams, with additional in-person discussions arranged around key events, such as the End of Season Official Supporters’ Club Event or Pre-Season Tour.

Meetings will be offered across three time zones to accommodate our global fanbase.
