West Ham United is proud to introduce the Quarterly Signed Items Ballot, created exclusively for Tier 2 Official Supporters’ Clubs. This initiative offers OSCs the opportunity to win exclusive signed merchandise to support charitable fundraising activities or charitable events within their local communities.

To maintain fairness and transparency, only the registered Chairperson of each Tier 2 OSC may submit an entry using the official survey link provided below. Full details on eligibility, timelines and submission requirements can be found in this Guidance document.
