On This Day: Hammers edge five-goal thriller at Highbury

Taking a look back at a classic West Ham United moment on this day in history, in association with RoadX Tyres...

West Ham United became the last team to win at Highbury, beating Arsenal 3-2 on this day in 2006.

First half goals from Nigel Reo-Coker and Bobby Zamora put the Hammers well on their way to three points, but London rivals Arsenal managed hit back through Thierry Henry.

Matty Etherington's deflected strike put the result beyond doubt with just ten minutes remaining and despite the hosts netting a late consolation through Robert Pires, Alan Pardew's side held on for a famous victory.
