West Ham United's players remain hard at work during the international break as preparations continue apace for the Premier League's return.
The Irons are next in action on Sunday afternoon when they head to Aston Villa and the players not away with their countries hit the Rush Green training pitches once more on Monday.
Under the watchful eye of manager David Moyes and his first-team assistant coaches, there were plenty of smiles but also lots of graft on a chilly, Autumnal east London day.
