Soaring temperatures did not stop West Ham United hitting the training pitch at Rush Green on Monday.
The Hammers stepped up preparations for Tuesday's pre-season match at Scottish Premiership side Rangers with a session under a baking sun and cloudless sky.
There were regular water breaks and ice packs were handed out as David Moyes' squad got a sweat on ahead of their flight to Glasgow.
