El Hadji Malick Diouf has checked in at West Ham United’s pre-season training camp in Germany’s Black Forest after completing his transfer from Slavia Prague.
The Senegal international flew out on Wednesday afternoon before training with his new Hammers teammates for the first time on Thursday.
Diouf received a warm welcome from the Irons, with fellow French speakers Alphonse Areola and Maxwel Cornet on hand to meet him at the team hotel.
The 20-year-old was in his new 2025/26 Umbro trainingwear on Thursday morning as Head Coach Graham Potter and his coaches put the squad through their paces at their training base near the town of Donaueschingen.
West Ham will hold one final training session on Friday before facing Swiss Super League side Grasshopper Club Zürich at the GC/Campus on Saturday afternoon. That pre-season game will be streamed live on our website and app, with kick-off at 2pm BST (3pm CEST).
