Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II tribute

Pay your respects to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II

West Ham United supporters can pay their personal respects to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II on the park named in her honour.

The Queen reigned for over 70 years, guiding the United Kingdom and the Commonwealth through seven decades, leading by example and serving as an inspiration to us all throughout her long life of public service, before sadly passing away at the age of 96 on Thursday 6 September.

Throughout her long life, her duties and dedication touched the lives of millions of people, including those in east London and across the West Ham United community. Among those duties, The Queen opened the London 2012 Olympic Games at what is now the Hammers’ London Stadium home, on the Olympic Park named in her honour.

In her memory, a Book of Condolence will open at The Last Drop – situated next to The Orbit – on Tuesday 13 September and will be open daily from 10am to 5pm each day up to and including Sunday 18 September.

Supporters can also leave floral tributes to The Queen in the Carousel Room, which is situated in the South Park, at the stadium end of the Bridge 1, next to the water fountains, where they will remain in place until seven days after the funeral. Fans are respectfully asked to avoid leaving non-perishable items.

Everyone at West Ham United mourns Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s passing and would like to express sincere condolences to the Royal Family at this time.
