West Ham United get their 2025/26 Premier League campaign underway against newly-promoted Sunderland at the Stadium of Light on Saturday afternoon.
Following a productive pre-season, that has involved overseas trips to Germany and the USA, plenty of hard work at Rush Green and five matches against Grasshopper Club Zürich, Manchester United, Everton, AFC Bournemouth and LOSC Lille, the Hammers have made the 560-mile round trip to the North-East to get another season going!
Graham Potter's side, who are playing in the Premier League for the 14th consecutive season, are set to go up against hosts who are returning to the top-flight after an eight-year absence after winning the EFL Championship Play-Offs in May.
With a thumping atmosphere expected, summer signings Mads Hermansen and El Hadji Malick Diouf will look to impress from the start on debut, while Kyle Walker-Peters and Callum Wilson could make their first Claret and Blue appearances off the bench.
