Hammers seek feedback on matchday communications channels

At West Ham United, we’re always looking to improve how we communicate with our supporters, especially on matchdays. 

Whether you're joining us at London Stadium or following from afar, we want to make sure you have the information you need, when and where you need it. To help us better understand how you use our matchday communication channels and how we can improve them, we’re asking fans to complete a short survey.

We currently provide a number of channels to keep you informed on matchday, including Hammers Help FAQs, which offer quick answers to common questions; @WestHamHelp on X, our dedicated support account for live matchday assistance; West Ham Fan Information on WhatsApp, delivering key updates directly to your phone; our Matchday Email, which provides a detailed guide ahead of every fixture; and the All You Need to Know articles on whufc.com, offering essential pre-match information for every matchday.

We want to know which of these channels you use, how helpful you find them and what you’d like to see more of in the future.
