Fantasy Premier League | Gameweek 6 Hints and Tips

West Ham United head to Hill Dickinson Stadium for the first time to take on Everton on Sky Sports' Monday Night Football.

With the Irons having lost just two of our previous seven Premier League fixtures away at the Toffees, with four wins during that time and a 1-1 draw in our most-recent visit in March 2025, Fantasy Premier League (FPL) managers will be casting an eye over Graham Potter's squad in Gameweek 6.

Monday's clash against David Moyes' men has a Fixture Difficulty Rating (FDR) of three out of five, suggesting it represents a strong opportunity to collect points by picking Hammers in your FPL team.

The Gameweek 6 transfer deadline is set for 11am on Saturday 27 September ahead of a mouth-watering feast of top-flight action across the weekend, that ends with the under-the-lights match-up on Merseyside.

While we will be giving you FPL tips and tricks throughout the remainder of the 2025/26 season on whufc.com, see below for some of our picks for the upcoming round.

Bowen again, olé, olé

Jarrod Bowen’s (£7.7m) FPL owners were delighted to see our No20 score for the second time in three games against Crystal Palace last time out, which meant he returned a tidy nine-point haul. The forward joined Lucas Paquetá (£5.9m) as the Hammers’ highest-scoring player in 2025/26, with each registering 24 points so far.

Paquetá, who has scored two goals in five Premier League games so far this term, returned nine FPL points against Chelsea in Gameweek 2, then ten points against Nottingham Forest in Gameweek 3.

Dinos Mavropanos

Diouf and Dinos picking up points at the back

Defender El Hadji Malick Diouf (£4.4m) has been a shining light in West Ham’s challenging start to the season.

The Senegalese left-back or left wing-back has assisted three goals in five appearances for West Ham in the Premier League. Only Michael Carrick (seven), Joe Cole (six), Jermain Defoe (six), and Frank Lampard (five) have registered more assists for the Hammers in the competition before their 21st birthday.

Priced at just £4.4m, our No12 is the definition of a differential defender, having boasted a considerable attacking threat in the opening few weeks.

Dinos Mavropanos (£4.4m) helped West Ham to their first victory of the campaign at Nottingham Forest on 31 August, where he earned six points for his colossal performance at centre-back at the City Ground.

The Greek, who has started our last four games in all competitions, is our second-highest scoring defender in the game, behind Diouf (18), and despite difficult results in recent weeks, against Tottenham Hotspur and Crystal Palace, our No15 collected two points for his defensive contributions in both games and looks great value.
