West Ham United will begin their quest for a fourth Emirates FA Cup title early in 2024.
The Hammers will be one of 64 clubs whose names come out of the hat when the third-round draw takes place on Sunday 3 December.
Of course, West Ham has won the prestigious cup competition three times in the Club’s history. After triumphs in 1964 and 1975, the most recent FA Cup win came in 1980, when a Trevor Brooking header memorably beat Arsenal 1-0 at Wembley Stadium.
In last season’s tournament, David Moyes' Irons won away at Brentford in the third round, and the Hammers have not been eliminated at the third-round stage in any of the previous six seasons.
West Ham last reached a FA Cup final in 2006 but lost to Liverpool – the current FA Cup holders – on penalties after a thrilling 3-3 draw at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff.
When will the third round draw take place?
The draw for the FA Cup third round will take place on Sunday 3 December ahead of the second round tie between Eastleigh and Reading and will be broadcast live in the UK on ITV at around 12.55pm GMT.
Supporters will also be able to tune in on the FA Cup's official Twitter and Facebook pages, while we will be carrying news of the draw right here on whufc.com and our official app ahead of the Premier League fixture against Crystal Palace at London Stadium.

So, who could we play against?
The third round sees the 20 second-round winners join 20 Premier League and 24 EFL Championship clubs in the third round to battle it out to take another step along the road to Wembley.
Among the clubs West Ham United have never faced who were in second-round action are Barrow, Eastleigh, Fleetwood Town, Forest Green Rovers, Harrogate Town, Horsham, Maidstone United and Ramsgate.
When will our third-round tie take place?
Emirates FA Cup third-round ties will take place across the weekend of 5-7 January 2024.
