West Ham United rounded off the 2018/19 season with their biggest win of the campaign on this day in 2019, as they hit four past FA Cup finalists Watford at Vicarage Road.

The Hammers moved 2-0 up before the break, through superb goals from skipper Mark Noble and Manuel Lanzini.

Watford gave themselves hope immediately after the restart, when Gerard Deulofeu took advantage of a defensive lapse, but after Jose Holebas was red carded, the visitors made sure of the points in the game’s final quarter.

First, Marko Arnautović scored to ensure he would finish the campaign as the Hammers’ top goalscorer for a second year in a row, before Noble set the seal from the penalty spot on the visitors' third straight win to end the season.
