A thrilling game ended 2-2 after both sides led, both trailed and both ultimately had to settle for a share of the spoils.
Tomáš Souček gave the Irons an early lead, only for Alexander Isak's quickfire double around the hour to turn the game on its head.
West Ham came battling back though and Kudus' crisp strike earned them that draw.
