West Ham United is pleased that some of our supporters will be able to join us for the first leg of our UEFA Europa League campaign, with ticketing arrangements now confirmed for our Group H opener at Dinamo Zagreb on Thursday 16 September.
Following confirmation from UEFA and the relevant Croatian authorities, the Hammers have been allocated the maximum away tickets available - 1,243 - for the match in the Croatian capital, which will kick-off the Club’s first ever Europa League group stage campaign.
Tickets - priced at just £15 - will go on sale, first to Bondholders and Away Scheme Members at 9am and 12pm respectively on Friday 10 September, while any remaining will then be made available to Season Ticket Holders, first to those with 35+ points, from 5pm on Friday. Eligible accessibility supporters should please contact the Club on 0333 030 0174.
A proportion of tickets will also be made available for Club partners and Club London Members, with dedicated Relationship Managers contacting partners and members directly. Club London Members will be emailed, and those who have not already done so will be able to register their interest and enter a ballot for available tickets.
Full sales dates and information can be found by clicking here.
The tickets are priced at £15 each and, given the short turnaround time of confirmation from the relevant authorities that away fans can attend the fixture, supporters will be issued with a voucher, which they will be able to exchange for their match ticket from West Ham United staff in Zagreb upon displaying Photo ID. Tickets are non-refundable and sold in conjunction with the host Club. Full details of the collection point will be communicated directly to those match-attending supporters in due course.
Croatia is currently on the UK Government’s green list for travel, but supporters should be aware that this can change at any time and, should Croatia be moved to the amber list, those who have not been double vaccinated at least 14 days in advance of travel would then be required to self-isolate upon their return to the UK.
To be allowed entry into Croatia, all travellers from the UK - regardless of their vaccination status - must present either a negative COVID-19 antigen test, which must not be older than 48 hours, or a negative PCR test, no older than 72 hours on arrival. People travelling to Croatia from the UK are not permitted to do these tests on arrival in Croatia. Passengers arriving without a valid test certificate will be denied entry to Croatia.
Children under 12 and accompanied by a parent/guardian are exempt from the requirement to present a negative test result, and to self-isolate, if the parent or guardian has one of the documents set out above. An additional document will also need to be filled out for entry.
Supporters can click here for full information on the requirements for entering Croatia from the UK.
For those supporters attending, please ensure that all requirements for entry to Croatia and on your return to the UK are met as the Club wouldn’t want you to receive a possible fine and/or the need to quarantine unnecessarily, as well as having the correct insurance in case of changes/cancellations to your trip.
There is a COVID-19 test centre at Westfield Stratford that can be used to book tests. It is your responsibility to check with your travel provider that they will accept this documentation before booking a test.
Direct flights to Zagreb are available from London Stansted and London Heathrow, while options for connecting flights are available from London City too. There are also a range of hotels available in Zagreb.
All information correct as of Thursday 9 September.
