West Ham United were beaten by Brighton 2-0 on the opening day of the Barclays FA Women's Super League season.
The Hammers were dominant during the opening 30 minutes of the game, but Hawa Cissoko was sent off for a handball - which completely changed the outcome of the game.
Brighton scored two goals before the break, but the east Londoners worked incredibly hard despite the player advantage, but they were unable to get back into the match.
