On This Day: Cottee and Dicks fire against the Foxes

Taking a look back at a classic West Ham United moment on this day in history, in association with RoadX Tyres...

West Ham United battled to a crucial three points in their fight against relegation with a 2-1 victory over Leicester City on this day in 1995.

Tony Cottee's 100th league goal in Claret and Blue had set the Hammers well on their way to victory at Filbert Street, before Julian Dicks converted a trademark penalty to double the advantage.

Mark Robins hit back less than a minute later, but the Hammers managed to hold on for a valuable victory.
