Xande Silva departs West Ham United for Nottingham Forest

West Ham United can confirm that Xande Silva has completed a permanent transfer to EFL Championship club Nottingham Forest.

Having moved to the Club from Vitoria de Guimaraes in August 2018, the 24-year-old has since featured twice for the Irons’ first team, last appearing in an FA Cup tie against Birmingham City in January 2019.

After recording ten goals over two seasons at development squad level, Silva spent 2020/21 on loan at Aris Thessaloniki FC, where he scored four times in 33 appearances.

Everyone at West Ham United would like to thank Xande for his efforts in Claret and Blue, and wish him every success with his future career.
