West Ham United’s first-team squad are continuing to put in the hard yards ahead of their return to London Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

David Moyes' group were bolstered this week by the return to training of Declan Rice, the final Hammer to come back from holiday following his successful UEFA Euro 2020 tournament.

Reunited in their entirety, the Irons have been training in the impressive surroundings of Pennyhill Park Hotel & Spa, building up to Saturday's final pre-season match: the exciting Betway Cup fixture at home to Atalanta.

Atalanta have become one of Europe's most entertaining and free-scoring teams in recent seasons, finishing as Serie A's top scorers in each of the last three seasons, so an entertaining game is sure to lie in wait, witnessed by tens of thousands of Hammers returning to London Stadium for the first time as COVID-19 restrictions are lifted by the Government.

Both West Ham and Atalanta have qualified for Europe for this season, with the Hammers going straight into the UEFA Europa League group stage for the first time, and the Serie A side qualifying for the UEFA Champions League for the third year in a row.

The Betway Cup kicks off this Saturday 7 August at 3pm and tickets are on General Sale now, with prices starting at just £15 for Adults and £5 for Kids!
