Rice, Souček & Coufal all win in Sunday's internationals

Vladimir Coufal in action against Israel

Declan Rice, Tomáš Souček and Vladimír Coufal helped England and the Czech Republic respectively to victories in the UEFA Nations League on Sunday evening.

Rice played the 90 minutes in midfield for England as the Three Lions picked up a notable 2-1 victory over Belgium in League A Group 2.

Belgium took a first half lead at Wembley thanks to Romelu Lukaku's penalty, but England hit back to defeat the side who beat them twice at the 2018 FIFA World Cup finals.

Marcus Rashford levelled from the spot after Jordan Henderson was fouled at a corner, before Mason Mount's deflected strike gave the hosts all three points and ensured Rice's tenth cap ended in victory.

Souček and Coufal, meanwhile, both started for the Czech Republic as they defeated Israel 2-1 in Haifa.

The Hammers pair played the 90 minutes as their nation secured their second victory in League B Group 2, keeping them a point behind group leaders Scotland.

Lukasz Fabianski makes a save against Italy

Elsewhere, Łukasz Fabiański kept a clean sheet as Poland drew 0-0 with Italy in League A Group 1. Italy lead that group with five points to Poland's four after three matches.

Darren Randolph was also in fine form, playing the 90 minutes as the Republic of Ireland drew 0-0 with Wales in League B Group 4.

The goalless draw in Dublin means Wales lead the group with seven points, while Ireland are in third place, five points further back.
