Ricardo Vaz Te scored 19 goals in his West Ham United career - and you can view them all here to celebrate the forward's 34th birthday!
The Portuguese was of course the man whose late strike secured promotion at Wembley in the 2012 Play-Off final, one of 12 goals he scored in just 18 appearances after joining the Hammers in January of that year.
Three of those 12 came in a spectacular hat-trick against Brighton & Hove Albion at the Boleyn Ground, where he also added outstanding goals against Manchester United, Cheltenham Town and Manchester City in subsequent seasons.
