On This Day: Hartson and Keller dent Derby hopes

Taking a look back at a classic West Ham United moment on this day in history, in association with RoadX Tyres...

West Ham United scored a 2-0 Premier League win at Derby County on this day in 1998.

John Hartson swept the Hammers into the lead inside seven minutes at Pride Park, confidently converting into the bottom right-hand corner after Eyal Berkovic's pass had been helped on by Paul Kitson.

And Marc Keller made sure all three points would be making their way back to east London when Ian Pearce broke down the right and found Berkovic. The Israeli teed-up Frenchman Keller, who took a touch and smashed an unstoppable shot in via the underside of the crossbar for his first goal in Claret and Blue.
